Job summary

Fractal Analytics in London is seeking a Portfolio Test Manager to drive strategy and delivery of end-to-end testing across a complex portfolio, coordinating offshore partners and ensuring alignment with contractual commitments.

The role requires leadership of testing teams, development of risk-based test strategies, and ensuring testing activities meet time, cost and quality targets in both waterfall and agile environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a large programme of testing.
• Ability to advise on test strategies for projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with offshore/vendor testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end test strategies and plans.
• Coordinate testing across functional, non-functional, SIT, UAT.
• Manage offshore vendor testing capacity and quality.
• Report progress against baselined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery leads.
