Job summary

Scale Factory is seeking a Programme Test Manager to define and lead test strategies across complex programmes and delivery lifecycles. You will oversee functional, performance and automation testing teams, ensuring quality is embedded throughout delivery while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Lead on strategic and technical decisions, define approaches for diverse delivery landscapes, and advise on tools, frameworks and technologies.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for Security Clearance.
• Experience managing and delivering exceptional test processes within complex environments.
• Ability to operate at strategic and technical levels, adapting to varying delivery landscapes.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of modern testing techniques, tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership, delivering effective test strategies that balance technical and business risk.
• Define and implement test approaches for diverse delivery and technology landscapes, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
• Offer expert guidance on test strategies, processes, tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Lead the creation and implementation of complex test frameworks to support automation, integration, and continuous testing.
• Oversee large-scale test programmes across multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery methodologies.
