Lead a high-performing team, develop winning bid strategies, and ensure compliant, innovative, and economically advantageous customer solutions for Capex and Opex opportunities within the UK&I division.

This role partners with sales, operations, engineering and business leaders, with governance and profitability

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record leading tendering and bid management in complex, project-driven environments.
• Strong financial understanding, profitability drivers, and risk assessment.
• Ability to develop winning strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Experience in pricing models balancing value, market position and margins.
• Solid governance, contract and risk management knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing across senior levels.

• Lead end-to-end tender opportunities from qualification to submission and negotiation.
• Interpret customer requirements into compelling technical and commercial solutions.
• Develop accurate cost estimates, pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
