Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation Lead to support a major global Oracle Cloud programme. This senior role requires bridging business transformation with Oracle Fusion delivery and driving measurable outcomes.

The candidate will lead end-to-end transformation, define operating models, and align design decisions with strategic business value. Travel and hybrid delivery are expected as part of programme leadership.
