Sodexo is seeking a Technology Partner to bridge the business and UK&I Technology function, ensuring technology strategies, solutions and investments align with business objectives. You will partner with executives and stakeholders to drive innovation, shape roadmaps, and maximise value from technology across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology leadership within large organisations.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, incl. C-suite and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of segment and functional strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders as a strategic tech advisor.
• Facilitate technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and strategy.
• Support Annual Business Planning by identifying technology opportunities and investments.
• Provide technology insight to support planning, decision-making and value realization.
• Understand sales pipeline and growth opportunities to inform tech requirements early.
• Lead tech input for bids, solution development, cost estimates and service models.
• Develop technology-related business cases, investment proposals and commercial submissions.
• Identify risks, dependencies and implementation considerations for initiatives.
• Facilitate engagement between business stakeholders and regional/global tech teams.
• Influence executives, business managers, clients and suppliers on tech strategy.
• Translate complex tech concepts into business language and priorities.
• Maintain strong commercial acumen and align tech capabilities with business goals.
• Support technology planning, roadmaps and transformation programmes.
