Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Technology Partner to bridge business needs with the UK&I Technology function. You will shape roadmaps, drive innovation and ensure technology investments align with strategic goals.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translate complex tech concepts into business language, and influence decisions across regional and global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Leads as a trusted technology advisor aligning tech capabilities with business objectives.
Experience shaping technology roadmaps and investment plans.
Experience with bids, renewals and contract lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain understanding of segment strategies and opportunities.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as strategic advisor.
Facilitate technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and UK&I strategy.
Support ABP process by identifying tech opportunities and investment needs.
Provide insights to support planning and value realisation.
Understand sales pipeline and contract renewals to inform tech requirements.
Lead UK&I Tech function contribution to bid activities and cost estimates.
Develop tech-related business cases and investment proposals.
