Job summary

Mark43 is hiring a Technical Recruiter in Manchester to build and lead the UK recruiting practice from the ground up. You will shape our employer brand in a new market and establish the foundation for ongoing expansion in public safety software.

You will recruit for software engineering, information security, and product roles, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Marketing. This is a hybrid role based in Manchester three days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-growth software environment.
• Track record of hiring for technical roles including software engineers, product managers, and information security specialists.
• Familiarity with enterprise software and understanding of what drives successful technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Led searches for backend engineers skilled in distributed systems to support AI-enabled features.
• Partnered with hiring managers across Engineering and Product to calibrate candidate profiles and interview processes.
• Developed a talent mapping strategy for critical technical roles across Manchester and the UK.
• Built recruiting pipelines and long-term candidate networks to support growth in the UK.
• Collaborated with Marketing to showcase Mark43’s mission, culture, and impact in UK public safety.
