Qualifications

3+ years of technical recruiting in a high-growth software company.
Experience recruiting for software engineers, product managers, and information security roles.
Comfortable building UK recruiting processes and employer branding.

Responsibilities

Lead search for backend engineers and AI-enabled features.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to calibrate candidate profiles and interview processes.
Develop talent mapping for technical roles across Manchester and the UK.
Attend local tech meetups to grow Mark43's presence in Manchester.
Partner with Marketing to showcase Mark43's mission, culture, and impact in UK public safety.
Screen candidates with cybersecurity backgrounds for Information Security team.
Establish recruiting processes to support UK's growth.
Build long-term talent pipelines across key disciplines.
