The role requires hands‑on delivery experience in cyber projects, with strong governance, stakeholder management and ability to navigate risk and regulatory expectations across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering cyber security programmes or portfolios.
• Strong track record coordinating cross-functional teams across Cyber, Technology, Product and Operations.
• Excellent programme, project and stakeholder management with senior leadership involvement.
• Experience operating in risk‑, threat‑ and regulatory‑driven environments.
• Ability to understand cyber architectures to manage dependencies and delivery risk.
• Strong planning, reporting and financial forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical topics into delivery narratives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex cyber security programmes with cross‑functional dependencies that improve Tesco's security posture.
• Lead initiatives spanning Cyber, Technology, Product and operations.
• Translate strategy and security objectives into measurable programme outcomes and milestones.
• Shape programmes with evolving scope, threats and delivery paths.
• Establish delivery approaches combining agile, iterative and structured methods.
• Create and maintain integrated delivery plans covering technical implementation and readiness.
• Coordinate across Cyber, Product, Engineering and Operations.
• Identify risks and issues, and manage escalations with clarity.
