Job summary

JPMorganChase in Glasgow is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive execution discipline across a global engineering-led infrastructure team. You will translate strategy into coordinated outcomes, partner with senior leaders, and ensure delivery progress is visible and actionable.

You will own operating cadence for leadership forums, align roadmaps, manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional priorities, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve decision support and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in program or project management, technology management, consulting, or operations.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leaders and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear narratives and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform leadership to run priorities and cross-functional projects from definition to delivery.
• Own operating cadence and preparation for leadership forums, with due diligence and clear storytelling.
• Align engineering roadmaps, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes with engineering leads and product owners.
• Lead priority projects and transformation initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and business management on resource, headcount, and budget tracking.
