Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive execution discipline across Core and Foundational Platforms.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into coordinated outcomes and ensure delivery progress is visible, actionable, and aligned with platform priorities. You will lead cross-functional programs, manage cadence for leadership forums, and influence stakeholders to accelerate transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in program or project management within technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders.
• Strong capabilities in resource management, organizational and operational change management, portfolio management, risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform leadership to run business enablement and transformation priorities.
• Own the operating cadence and leadership forums, with robust due diligence and clear storytelling.
• Align engineering roadmaps with priorities and manage milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead priority projects and transformation initiatives with stakeholders and transparent reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and business management on headcount and financial tracking.
• Create and maintain processes using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, decision support, and communications.
• Prepare data-driven updates for executive decision-making and action.
• Establish a structured engagement cadence across global locations with clear objectives.
• Act as a connector across platform teams, surfacing themes and actionable feedback.
