Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead Technical Project Manager for Compute Infrastructure Platforms (CIP).

You will lead multiple, high-impact infrastructure programs from ideation to execution, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. You will drive portfolio governance, risk management, and cross-functional alignment while optimising delivery discipline and leveraging enterprise AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Applied experience leading complex technology programs or projects in a large organisation.
• Proactive, accountable, adaptable, and able to work with teams independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency across infrastructure platforms (compute, network, storage, runtime).
• Proven track record of managing resources and budgets in agile environments.
• Analytical reasoning to break down objectives into actionable tasks across multiple workstreams.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program workflows with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and recommendations and escalate when uncertain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex infrastructure programs with multi-program plans, dependencies, and timelines.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance, prioritisation, sequencing, milestones, and reporting.
• Break down complex objectives into manageable tasks and activities across workstreams.
• Own portfolio-level risk and issue management; identify cross-program risks and mitigate impacts.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product groups, location support, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor execution, adjust schedules and resourcing, and provide status updates and executive-ready insights.
• Improve delivery discipline, standardise operating cadence, and mentor other PMs.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting while ensuring human review and data sensitivity compliance.
