Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Identity & Access Management platforms within the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will manage a geographically distributed team and partner with Product Owners to translate requirements into clear delivery plans.

The role requires deep experience in large-scale technical programs, agile delivery, and stakeholder leadership across multiple time zones, including US and India.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced experience.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale technology programs within a matrixed organization with ownership of delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage and lead large, geographically distributed teams with high-performing delivery cultures.
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture, release coordination, and trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery practices and Scrum cadence using JIRA for backlog management and planning.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication to influence senior leaders across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to break down complex objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Experience delivering programs within Identity & Access Management or cybersecurity domains.
• Familiarity with financial services tech environments and regulatory/operational context.
• Experience managing client-facing technology engagements with business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating teams across US and India for delivery.
• Experience using AI/automation tooling to drive governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery across Identity & Access Management platforms for a Commercial & Investment Bank.
• Manage and develop geographically distributed teams to foster accountability and collaboration.
• Partner with Product Owner to translate requirements into delivery plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Own delivery execution for a key client engagement with cross-team coordination.
• Drive agile practices including Scrum cadence, sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives with JIRA.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, implementing contingency plans to protect timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional releases across distributed engineering teams for readiness and alignment.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline program reporting and data-driven insights for leaders.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and engineering teams to influence decisions.
