Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex infrastructure programs, developing and executing multi-program plans.
• Establish portfolio governance, prioritisation, sequencing, and reporting.
• Break down objectives into tasks with critical thinking to drive execution across workstreams.
• Own portfolio-level risk and issue management and mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product groups, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates and executive-ready insights.
• Standardise operating cadence and mentor other PMs where applicable.
• Utilise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis with validation.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance practices with human oversight.
