Fiser Group in Leeds is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive technology change on the customer platform and related digital services, including the member portal and a new mobile app in development.

You will lead platform improvements, integrations and new features across discovery, build, testing, launch and early life support, working with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Developers and suppliers to deliver secure, reliable, and supportable services for thousands of pension savers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or in a senior delivery role in complex tech environments.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing digital services (web portals or mobile apps).
• Experience leading end-to-end lifecycle: analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, support.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, environments and release management.
• Knowledge of authentication, security, performance and resilience in customer-facing services.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and software vendors.
• Comfortable with Agile and formal change governance.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related subject, or equivalent experience.

• Lead platform upgrades, integrations and strategic technology projects.
• Turn business and product requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Support sprint, release and implementation planning; ensure readiness before go-live.
• Check technical designs, configurations and integrations before proceeding.
• Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to deliver on time.
• Manage risks, dependencies and issues and keep stakeholders informed.
• Improve engineering standards and automation and reduce technical debt.
