Job summary

Fiser Group in Leeds is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive technology change on the customer platform and related digital services, including the member portal and a new mobile app in development.

You will lead platform improvements, integrations and new features across discovery, build, testing, launch and early life support, working with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Developers and suppliers to deliver secure, reliable, and supportable services for thousands of pension savers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or in a senior delivery role in complex tech environments.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing digital services (web portals or mobile apps).
• Experience leading end-to-end lifecycle: analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, support.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, environments and release management.
• Knowledge of authentication, security, performance and resilience in customer-facing services.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and software vendors.
• Comfortable with Agile and formal change governance.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related subject, or equivalent experience.

About the role

A well-established UK pensions organisation is looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to take charge of technology change on its customer platform and the digital services its members use. These include the member web portal and a new mobile app that is now in development.

You'll lead platform improvements, integrations and new digital features from discovery through build and testing to launch and early life support. You'll work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers and third-party suppliers to deliver services that are secure, reliable and easy to support. What we're looking for

• Experience as a Technical Delivery Lead, Technical Lead or in a similar senior delivery role in a complex technology environment.
• A track record of delivering customer-facing digital services, such as websites, portals or mobile apps.
• Experience leading change across the full lifecycle: analysis, design, build, testing, deployment and early life support.
• A good understanding of systems integration, APIs, environments and release management.
• An understanding of the technical side of customer-facing services, including authentication, security, performance and resilience.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and software vendors.
• Comfortable working in Agile and with formal change governance.
• A degree in Computer Science, IT or a related subject, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in pensions or another regulated financial services setting.
• Experience launching and running a customer-facing mobile app, including releases, monitoring and ongoing support.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, Scrum or ITIL Foundation.
