Job summary

Framatome in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Integration Lead to drive configuration management across the Building Branch. You will lead and coordinate configuration activities including operations, design changes, and cross-functional topics, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and KPI targets.

Your role requires strong leadership of complex technical topics, stakeholder engagement at senior levels, and proven ability to prioritise and deliver results in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• Civil engineering project delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complex topics and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration activities within Building Branch across OPs, DCs, IDTs, minor changes.
• Attend configuration forums to represent Building Branch.
• Ensure delivery of KPI performance for configuration in EDV/EPR-E.
• Plan and schedule configuration topics aligned with civil milestones and forums.
• Review and oversee individual configuration activities and content.
• Maintain replication principles and configuration processes.
• Provide primary link between Building Branch and Technical Directorate.
• Support major project priorities linked to configuration.
