Job summary

Framatome is seeking a Process Integration Lead in Bristol to oversee ITB integration topics, drive design maturity and configuration management. You will coordinate with ITBx teams and UK stakeholders, escalating issues as needed and guiding technical direction across disciplines.

You will report to the ITBP Manager and lead a network of Open Points, ensuring safe, compliant, multi-disciplinary collaboration to deliver reliable nuclear design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience in senior engineering/leadership/project management.
• Robust knowledge of EPR design and engineering processes.
• Understanding UK laws/regulations for nuclear industry and best practices.
• Leadership in a regulated, technical environment.
• Ability to set objectives, drive performance and report progress.
• Excellent communication, organisational and people engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration topics within ITB Process team and drive design maturity and configuration management.
• Be the ITBP point of contact for configuration topics across teams.
• Report to ITBP Manager and manage priorities across configuration topics.
• Act as ambassador to drive design maturity and stability; address cross-functional issues.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders between building, equipment and contracts to ensure quality.
