Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to drive complex contract strategy across multi-million pound projects in the nuclear sector. You will lead commercial governance, ensure contract obligations are understood, and collaborate with Legal and Finance to protect company interests.

The role requires proven leadership, expert negotiation skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

Proven experience in contract/commercial management of large contracts.
Strong corporate finance background with budgeting and cost management.
Extensive experience in complex negotiations and stakeholder management.
In-depth knowledge of contract terms and industry regulations.
Experience in leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Draft and implement commercial processes across contracts and procurement.
Contribute to developing processes to maximise growth and protect interests.
Draft and develop robust commercial documents with Legal oversight.
Ensure compliance with contract obligations across stakeholders and leadership.
Coach and mentor the Commercial Team on best practices for contract management.
Negotiate and agree contracts prior to placement; highlight commercial risk in bids.
Engage in bidding processes to maximize value and manage risk.
Foster long-term client relationships to deliver value for the company.
