Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of designing, supporting and implementing business systems.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across departments to map day-to-day processes
• Identify quick wins in existing processes and systems
• Collaborate with the IT development team on transformational projects
• Act as SME for department-specific business systems
• Document business and technical requirements for projects
• Conduct proactive system reviews with vendors
• Gather requirements and acceptance criteria from managers and end users
• Support system upgrades and change management
