Job summary

CDW LLC. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical contact for managed services customers, overseeing technical health, roadmaps, and lifecycle of the customer IT estate.

You will bridge technical delivery with the customer, ensuring stability, security, and outcome-led improvements across CDW’s portfolio. You will collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager, own roadmap lifecycles, manage escalations, and drive continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a TAM or technical account manager.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven track record in governance across major incidents and changes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s estate, architecture, and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and clear recommendations.
• Lead technical reviews and present roadmaps at governance forums and QBRs.
• Own and maintain the technical roadmap for each assigned customer.
• Provide technical governance across Incident, Problem, and Change management.
