Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an in-house Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for software engineering and deep tech roles in Greater London. You will partner with hiring managers to define and execute hiring plans and proactively source high-demand technology talent.

You will manage pipelines for niche skills such as AR/VR, computer vision, BIM, and VDC, deliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to offer, and use data to drive hiring performance and market insights on salaries

Qualifications

• In-depth, hands-on experience recruiting within the technology sector.
• In-house recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring.
• Experience sourcing globally and thinking beyond LinkedIn when needed.
• Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles from brief through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute hiring plans.
