Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking an experienced Technology Supplier Manager to shape strategic partnerships with leading technology providers. You will drive supplier performance and value creation while aligning with business objectives across Technology, Procurement, Finance and Legal.

The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, governance, and continuous improvement to enhance colleague and customer experiences through technology partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a complex technology environment with supplier or vendor management responsibility.
• Proven experience managing strategic technology suppliers and outsourced service providers.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, governance and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier strategies that support business goals, innovation, resilience and long-term value creation.
• Build, manage and strengthen strategic relationships with technology vendors, service providers and key partners.
• Lead supplier governance activities including QBRs, performance reviews, scorecards and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, co-creation and enhanced customer and colleague experiences through strategic partnerships.
• Support commercial activities including contract negotiations, renewals, risk management and supplier capacity planning.
• Champion sustainability, supplier diversity, CSR initiatives and compliance with security, regulatory and ethical standards.
