Job summary

Primark is embarking on an exciting period of growth and transformation, and this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that supply chain is ready to meet both current and future demands, to high standards for both online fulfilment (through Click and Collect) and retail distribution design.

As part of the newly formed Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) team, reporting to the SCS Programme Manager within the Supply Chain Development function, the role will involve close collaboration with

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in project management, solutions design or operational improvement within fulfilment, logistics or supply chain environments.
• Experience delivering operational change, automation or network projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, fulfilment and distribution operations.
• Experience managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar AEC design software is advantageous.
• Project management qualification (APMP, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams and projects focused on optimising and enhancing logistics network and supply chain capabilities.
• Deliver innovation and automation initiatives for omnichannel and eCommerce operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage plans, budgets, risks and governance for multiple projects from concept to implementation.
• Support testing, commissioning and operational readiness of new solutions.
