Job summary

Primark's Technology Supplier Management team is seeking a seasoned professional to shape strategic partnerships with leading technology providers. You will drive supplier performance, align with business objectives, and influence senior stakeholders across Technology, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams.

You’ll lead negotiations, governance, and value creation initiatives, ensuring sustainability and compliance while delivering measurable improvements for both colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology supplier management.
• Experience handling strategic technology vendors and outsourced providers.
• Strong negotiation and governance experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with technology vendors and partners.
• Lead supplier governance activities including QBRs, reviews, and scorecards.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improved customer experiences through partnerships.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, risk management, and capacity planning.
• Champion sustainability and compliance with security, regulatory, and ethical standards.
