• Experience negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements.
• Strong leadership and client development track record.
• Expertise in outsourcing, SaaS, cloud contracting, data projects.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate strategically important commercial and technology agreements for sophisticated clients.
• Advise on outsourcing, sourcing and technology-enabled projects from contracting to renegotiation.
• Guide on software, SaaS, cloud services, licensing of technology products and solutions.
• Lead digital transformation programmes and major tech implementations.
• Advise on AI, automation and emerging technologies within your scope.
