Proven experience as a Business Solution, Data, Enterprise or Solution Architect in insurance, reinsurance, financial services or another regulated environment
Experience delivering both strategic architecture and hands-on solutions
Experience in regulated environments

Responsibilities

Manage early-stage intake, challenge, triage and shaping of business and technology demand from an EMEA regional perspective
Lead discovery, requirements gathering and business analysis to define clear business requirements, non-functional requirements, and architectural decision points
Translate business problems into structured architecture artefacts, including problem statements and roadmap inputs
Design and support scalable data, enterprise and AI-enabled solutions across EMEA
Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and support architecture governance and design decisions
Collaborate with central Enterprise Architecture and regional stakeholders to progress intake and governance
