Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to lead candidate sourcing and engagement for multiple UK locations (Leeds, London, Manchester). You will develop pipelines, partner with TA Leads, and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to day 1 onboarding.

In this role you will manage Avature ATS, deliver training, and collaborate across the Talent Acquisition and People teams to provide high-quality hires while upholding CBRE diversity and inclusion

Qualifications

• Internal recruitment experience with HR/People functions.
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation with key stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting engineering/industrial and/or customer service roles.
• Experience using ATS and resourcing technologies.
• Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Source direct candidates and provide feedback with a positive CBRE employer brand.
• Build talent pipelines to meet current and future vacancies.
• Manage vacancies and collaborate with TA team to deliver quality hires.
• Update Avature ATS and report weekly/monthly TA activity.
• Coordinate with third-party TA suppliers within PSL.
• Support onboarding and induction processes.
