Job summary

South East Water in the United Kingdom is expanding its internal recruitment team with a fixed-term internal recruiter role to support engineers, technical and IT talents. You will lead proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and deliver a high-quality candidate journey throughout the process.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, and oversee onboarding and compliance while promoting ED&I across the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level or equivalent is essential.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and highly organised.
• Strong ability to prioritise and maintain high detail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
• Build long-term candidate pipelines for critical technical skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to qualify needs and craft compelling job campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from posting to onboarding.
• Ensure onboarding and compliance across worker categories.
