Job summary

Manchester Metropolitan University seeks an experienced HR Strategic Projects Partner to lead strategic people initiatives on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will provide HR expertise to senior leaders, manage projects from analysis through consultation to implementation, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

You will analyse data to shape options, govern projects, and support change with unions and stakeholders, driving the university's Great Place to Work strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR, reward or organisational change projects.
• Ability to analyse people data to inform options and recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
