Job summary

Compare the Market is seeking a Talent & Development Partner to shape and deliver scalable capability and leadership solutions in a hybrid, Peterborough-based setting. The role focuses on strategic workforce capability, governance and analytics to support business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with senior leaders and HRBP colleagues to translate strategic priorities into scalable learning programs, oversees LXP optimization, and champions modern learning approaches

Qualifications

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to identify capability needs and diagnose performance challenges.
• Ability to translate business priorities and data into targeted capability and development strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, advisory and influencing skills across all levels.
• Experience designing and embedding capability frameworks, career pathways and leadership initiatives.
• Familiarity with modern learning ecosystems, LXPs, social learning and work-integrated learning.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled learning technologies and workforce data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to anticipate capability needs and translate priorities into development solutions.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve blended development solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face environments.
• Develop leadership and capability frameworks to support career development and workforce planning.
• Optimize the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and drive adoption of modern learning approaches.
• Leverage learning analytics and workforce insights to measure impact and inform decisions.
• Act as a strategic partner focusing on business partnering, capability architecture, and governance.
