Job summary

Evolito Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Talent Partner to work with the Head of Talent and hiring managers across disciplines to shape teams for Evolito's future success. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

In this role you will build proactive talent pipelines, manage multiple campaigns, and support employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an internal Talent or Recruitment Partner
• Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
• Strong direct sourcing using direct channels
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across functions including engineering/manufacturing
• Experience coordinating interview and assessment processes
• Strong recruitment administration and ATS management
• Ability to influence hiring decisions with evidence and market insight
• Commitment to delivering positive candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Attention to detail and process discipline
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and offer approvals
• Source candidates via direct applications, LinkedIn, referrals and networks
• Screen candidates against role requirements and values
• Present shortlists and insights to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and decision discussions
• Maintain candidate communications and provide a great candidate experience
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Track recruitment activity and ensure data accuracy in the ATS
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Assist with contractor onboarding and IR35 assessments
