Job summary

Foxtons in London is seeking a creative Talent and Development Partner to design and deliver learning experiences that boost capability, performance and leadership across the organisation.

You will partner with leaders and the People & Culture team to translate business needs into practical, measurable development solutions, building learning pathways that support onboarding, progression and inclusive growth, driving tangible results across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development or related people role.
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence delivering learning to varied audiences and levels of seniority.
• Demonstrable experience designing engaging learning content, workshops and blended development solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information clearly and creatively.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical development solutions.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences to improve capability and performance across Foxtons.
• Create engaging training programmes, workshops and learning pathways for diverse levels of staff.
• Develop blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, digital, on-the-job and self-directed).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear content.
• Evaluate learning impact and continuously improve learning content and experiences.
• Support broader Talent priorities including leadership development, succession planning and employee experience.
