Job summary

Foxtons Estate Agents is seeking a creative, commercially minded Talent and Development Partner to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that help our people perform at their best. You will partner with leaders across the business to identify skills needs, build development pathways and create blended solutions that embed Foxtons’ values and Getting It Done Together.

You will develop managers and future leaders, influence workforce capability, and help our people belong, thrive

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training or related people role.
• Strong facilitation skills and confident delivering learning to varied audiences.
• Experience designing engaging learning content and blended solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify current and future skills and capability needs.
• Design and deliver workshops, programmes and development pathways.
• Create high-quality learning materials and digital resources.
• Embed Foxtons' values and Getting It Done. Together throughout learning content.
• Evaluate impact using data and feedback to improve solutions.
