Job summary

YTL UK, part of the international YTL Group, is seeking a Head of Organisation Design to partner with the HR Director and Chief Transformation Officer. You will translate business ambitions into evidence-based organisation designs that improve clarity, accountability and agility.

You will lead a Group-wide OD strategy, shape governance, and build a high-performing OD team while ensuring employee experience remains at the heart of design decisions. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level OD leadership in large, complex organisations.
• Deep expertise in operating models, spans and layers, job design and governance.
• Strong commercial acumen linking OD decisions to cost and outcomes while considering people impact.
• Executive-level credibility with facilitation and influencing skills.
• Analytical and diagnostic capability; comfortable with pace and ambiguity.
• Desirable: professional HR or Organisation Design qualification.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead a Group-wide organisation design workforce strategy aligned to priorities.
• Advise the Executive Committee and senior leaders on OD with practical direction.
• Facilitate senior design sessions and decision-making forums.
• Establish and embed consistent OD principles, frameworks and governance across the Group.
• Lead reviews of how the organisation is set up and how teams work day-to-day.
• Establish a listening culture to learn from colleagues.
• Define and track OD metrics and benefits realization.
• Build and develop a high-performing OD team across HR and the wider business.
