Job summary

Starling Bank is seeking a Talent Development Partner to lead strategic talent initiatives, design development programs and drive measurable improvements across the organisation. You will partner with senior People Partners and leaders to shape capability and learning at scale.

With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you will implement LMS analytics, measure ROI, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact talent solutions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

• Drive cross-team workstreams and share best practices across the business.
