Job summary

Engine by Starling is hiring a Technical Programme Manager to join our Technology team. You will be responsible for delivering a critical, strategic programme within a technical and product domain, coordinating with engineering leads and account managers as we scale internationally.

You will work across multiple client engagements, supporting planning, commitment setting, and end-to-end delivery. This role thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment with room to grow responsibilities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project or programme management experience in tech or financial services.
• Proven ability to work with Engineering and Product to deliver complex technical solutions.
• Hands-on, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of complex topics.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of a technical programme across multiple inter­dependent projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering Leads to support the software development lifecycle and plan feasibility.
• Balance client needs with internal capacity and manage delivery timelines.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, payment schemes and delivery partners.
• Provide reporting and metrics for progress and risks.
• Drive process improvements across the programme delivery.
