Job summary

Experis IT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across a fast-paced technology environment. This UK-wide role is primarily remote with occasional travel and offers a 6-month engagement.

You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, drive direct sourcing, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while providing market insights to support strategic hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or RPO environments.
• Experience recruiting within IT, Technology, Consulting, Professional Services, or similar sectors.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition through to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates across a range of technical and business roles.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment reporting to stakeholders.
• Utilise ATS and CRM systems to manage recruitment activity and maintain compliance.
• Support employer branding, talent pooling, and diversity-focused hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and recruitment teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead or contribute to recruitment-related projects and process enhancements.
