Job summary

Insight Select is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) on a 6‑month contract for a remote UK role. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for software engineers, DevOps and data roles while partnering with senior leaders to drive hiring strategy during a major digital transformation project.

You will source through multiple channels, manage direct sourcing and contract hires, and contribute to marketplace insights and recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition in a tech or software environment.
• Strong ability to source and engage senior technical candidates.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and HR to drive hiring strategy.
• Knowledge of hiring metrics, market intel and data‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from role briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Support recruitment for major transformation programmes and change initiatives.
• Source candidates via direct search, social platforms and multiple channels.
• Handle permanent, temporary, freelance and contracting recruitment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People/HR to provide recruitment advice.
• Support shortlisting, assessments and interview processes.
• Use data and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
