Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a track record of improving processes.
• Experience working with external recruitment agencies or suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of recruitment and hiring activity across the wider organisation.
• Managing recruitment processes end-to-end, from briefings to onboarding.
• Advising senior stakeholders on hiring plans and talent requirements.
• Building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines for future opportunities.
• Reviewing recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Producing hiring insights, recruitment reporting and market intelligence.
• Coordinating supplier relationships and managing external recruitment partners.
• Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Driving consistency and best practice across teams and business areas.
