Anne Corder Recruitment Ltd partners with a highly regarded organisation to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Predominantly On-Site | Salary DOE.

You will own end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines, partner with managers and senior stakeholders, and shape the organisation’s talent strategy, pipelines, and employer brand, using market insight to influence decisions and improve recruitment impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in in-house recruitment across multiple disciplines.
• Experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of talent attraction, employer branding and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand talent needs.
• Develop and deliver Talent Acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop sourcing and attraction strategies to engage high-quality talent.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Support employer branding through campaigns, events and social channels.
