IQE plc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver proactive recruitment and talent attraction across the group. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, lead end-to-end recruitment, provide market insight and workforce planning, and help attract diverse, high-calibre talent aligned to current and future business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or resourcing with end-to-end delivery.
• Confident partnering with managers and senior leaders across functions.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing and candidate management skills.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering or semiconductor environments.
• Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and build pipelines.
• Recruitment Delivery: manage end-to-end process from requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: advise on recruitment best practices and provide forecasts.
• Employer Branding and Attraction: support campaigns and presence at events.
• Diversity, Inclusion and Compliance: promote inclusive practices and maintain records.
