Job summary

IQE plc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the UK to lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and drive workforce planning. You will build talent pipelines, improve employer branding, and ensure compliant, efficient recruitment practices across IQE.

You will collaborate with leaders to understand needs, develop strategies, and manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding, while promoting diversity and a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end recruitment delivery experience.
• Strong partnering with managers and senior leaders.
• Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and systems.
• Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives and growth.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Create engaging job adverts and support screening and interviews.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, reporting and forecasts.
