Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our London team. You will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and candidate communications within an fast-paced global company.

You'll work with recruiters and hiring teams, build dashboards and reports in ATS, and contribute to candidate experience initiatives while developing practical skills for a career in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
