Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead Front Office recruitment across a dynamic Financial Services environment in London. This role collaborates with senior stakeholders to attract and secure high-calibre talent.

You will manage the full lifecycle, conduct market mapping and direct sourcing, build pipelines, and shape recruitment strategy with a focus on DEI and candidate experience. The position is hybrid with four office days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven Talent Acquisition experience in Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience recruiting Associate–Director level Front Office roles.
• Strong understanding of Front Office markets and talent landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Front Office vacancies across Financial Services.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct proactive talent mapping, market research and direct sourcing activities.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of Front Office talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
