Qualifications

• Senior level experience in talent acquisition with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Proven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill and niche roles in a competitive market.
• Strong planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, including director-level relationships.
• Knowledge of legislation, EDI, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful recruitment campaigns and develop inclusive strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Utilise workforce data and insights to inform sourcing approaches and decision making.
• Design effective assessment and selection approaches and optimise candidate experience.
• Own projects such as reducing contingent workforce spend, redeployment, and succession planning.
