Job summary

Trident Group seeks a Talent Acquisition & Colleague Experience Lead for on-site recruitment in Birmingham. The role focuses on shaping our workforce strategy, building talent pipelines, and improving the candidate experience. You will partner with leaders to anticipate needs and drive inclusive hiring practices.

You’ll lead recruitment initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and enhance our employer brand while ensuring compliant, efficient processes across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Proven track record of improving recruitment performance and candidate experience.
• Experience building talent pools and direct sourcing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment law and inclusion.
• Experience using data and insight to influence decisions and drive improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• CIPD Level 5/7 qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve our end-to-end recruitment process.
• Partner with managers and leaders to identify current and future workforce needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
