Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Supply Planning Performance Manager to govern and improve supply planning performance across the UK. You will develop reporting, capacity modelling and planning systems, owning the Relex deployment and ensuring accurate, timely insights for reviews and executive discussions.

The role focuses on enhancing service levels, working capital, inventory and capacity through integrated planning tools and robust analytics, in a fast-moving food-portfolio environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within FMCG Supply Planning.
• Strong understanding of IBP and S&OP processes.
• Advanced analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience managing large and complex datasets.
• Experience developing planning models and decision support tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams.
• Experience implementing or supporting planning platforms such as Relex, SAP IBP, Kinaxis or equivalent.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting capacity planning and manufacturing operations.
• Degree-educated or equivalent business experience.

Responsibilities

• Governance, development and continuous improvement of Supply Planning performance, reporting, capacity modelling and planning systems in the UK.
• Own the Supply Planning reporting framework and capacity modelling process across capacity, service, inventory, tonnage, pallets and budget reporting.
• Provide insight, modelling capability, and governance support for Supply Reviews, Gate Reviews, Executive Business Reviews and Integrated Business Planning.
• Lead implementation, adoption and optimisation of Relex within planning processes to improve service, working capital, inventory and capacity.
