Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is recruiting a Senior Site Planner for our Norwich operation, home to Kettle Chips. You will own the master data and drive planning across the full supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods, using IFS and advanced Excel to inform decisions.

Join a fast-moving FMCG environment and collaborate with multiple functions to deliver improvements, data accuracy, and efficient planning processes. This 12-month FTC starting January 2027 offers hybrid working in Norwich.

Qualifications

• Experience in site/production planning within FMCG.
• Ability to manage raw materials to finished goods planning data.
• Attention to detail with large data sets and master data.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain accurate master data across planning and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with raw material and finished goods planning to support production planning.
• Use IFS and advanced Excel to analyse information and support decision-making.
• Work with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Finance and Quality across the site.
• Support site and business projects to deliver improvements and new ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate issues, determine root causes and implement solutions.
• Provide timely information to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Take ownership of planning activities and meet deadlines.
