Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Supply Planner to develop and maintain feasible supply and production plans across the network. You will partner with Material Planning, Production Scheduling, Transport Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Commercial teams to align demand, capacity and inventory while ensuring continuity of supply.

Key responsibilities include creating MPS, managing shortages, monitoring stock levels and driving S&OP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in supply planning, production planning, demand planning, logistics or procurement.
• Experience in supply planning, production planning, demand planning or related operations.
• Understanding of S&OP, inventory management and planning practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience with planning tools such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain short-, medium- and long-term supply plans to meet demand and business needs.
• Balance demand with manufacturing capacity, labour availability and material constraints.
• Manage planning alerts, shortages, capacity constraints and inventory risks.
• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) to optimise resources.
• Monitor inventory levels, weeks of cover and stock-at-risk; support WC performance.
• Coordinate with Material Planning to address component shortages and plan execution.
• Contribute to monthly Supply Reviews and S&OP processes with scenario planning.
• Drive improvements in schedule stability, service levels (OTIF) and end-to-end efficiency.
